Training & Coaching

We provide accredited training courses (ELSA & Elklan) and INSET or Twilight training on a wide range of topics. We can also develop bespoke packages to meet specific CPD needs in your school, including coaching to ensure that new knowledge becomes embedded in staff practice.

  • Twilight briefing session with teaching staff to ensure their understanding of the intervention

  • Initial consultation between our Educational Psychologist and key staff to identify the goal and scope of the training
  • Development of bespoke training content and delivery at your setting
  • Follow up visits to support embedding of practice as required individualised of a bespoke presentation and delivery of training.
